1. What Does This Warranty Cover?

This warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship under normal use on products including:

1.1 Suitcases

• Structural integrity of the hard-sided shell
• Zippers and locking mechanisms
• Handles, including the trolley handle
• Wheels and rolling mechanisms

1.2 The Backpack

• Structural integrity of material
• Zippers and locking mechanisms
• Handles and straps

1.3 The Holdall

• Structural integrity of the material
• Zippers and locking mechanisms
• Handles, including the trolley handle
• Wheels and rolling mechanisms

2. What's Not Covered?

This warranty does not cover:

• Cosmetic wear and tear (scratches, dents, scuffs).
• Damage caused by misuse, mishandling, or improper care.
• Incidental or consequential damage (e.g., damage to personal property inside the suitcase).
• Airline or third-party damage: A2B is not responsible for damage caused by airlines or other third parties. If your suitcase is damaged during transit, we recommend contacting the airline or carrier directly to file a claim.

3. How to Make a Warranty Claim

If you experience an issue with your A2B product, simply follow these steps:

1. Contact our customer service team at hello@a2bluggage.com with proof of purchase, swing tag and a detailed description of the issue.
2. Provide photographs of the damage or defect to help us assess your claim.
3. If your claim is approved, we will repair or replace your suitcase free of charge, subject to the terms of this warranty.

4. Additional Information

This warranty is valid for original purchases only and is non-transferable. Proof of purchase is required to process any claims.
