Delivery and Returns

• Standard Delivery: Orders will be delivered within approximately 2-4 working days of purchase. This service is available for all in-stock items within our delivery regions.
• Courier Service: We partner with a reputable courier to ensure safe, timely delivery of your luggage. Deliveries are generally made between 9am and 5pm, Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays)
• Delivery Charges: Standard delivery costs will be calculated at checkout. Any promotions or free shipping offers will be automatically applied where eligible.
• Tracking Your Order: Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email confirmation with a tracking number to monitor your delivery status.
Delivery Exceptions
If an order cannot be delivered due to incorrect address details or if the recipient is unavailable during delivery hours, our courier partner will attempt re-delivery or leave instructions for collection. Additional charges may apply for repeated delivery attempts.
Returns Policy
Your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return the item(s) under the following terms:
• Eligibility for Returns: Products must be returned within 30 days in their original condition, unused, with all tags attached. Items returned damaged or in an altered state may not qualify for a refund or exchange.
• Return Process:

2. You will receive a return authorisation and instructions on how to send back the product.
3. Ensure the item is securely packaged to prevent damage during transit.
• Return Shipping Costs: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect. For defective or incorrect items, we will provide a prepaid shipping label.
Refunds and Exchanges
• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days of receiving the returned item(s) and completing the inspection process.
• Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the desired item is unavailable, a refund will be processed instead.
Damaged or Defective Items
• If your luggage arrives damaged or defective, please contact our Customer Support team within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund, including any associated shipping costs.
