During product launches, restocks, holidays, or promotional events, processing times may extend to 3-4 business days due to high demand. If you no longer wish to keep your order, please reach out to our customer service team to request a cancellation within 24 hours. While we will do our best to stop the shipment, we cannot guarantee that the process can be halted once your request is submitted. If we successfully prevent the shipment, the cancellation will be updated in your Order History under Your Account. Standard UK delivery takes 2-4 business days and you can track your order via the link provided in your shipping confirmation email.
If you need to return an item, you have 30 days from delivery to do so, provided it’s unused, in its original packaging, and with all tags attached. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrives damaged or defective. A2B luggage comes with a ten-year limited warranty covering manufacturing defects.
